Terms of Use

Last updated: 16 September 2026

These terms govern your use of Mahlola: a website for your business and a smart WhatsApp assistant that replies to your customers on your behalf. By signing up for or using the service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Service provider: أحمد عدنان محمدحسين الصحاف — Licence / registration no.: FL-832599910.

1. The service

  • A website for your business in Arabic and English, built from your details: services, prices, opening hours, location and photos. We translate your details automatically, and you can ask us to correct any translation.
  • A smart assistant on a dedicated WhatsApp number for your business that answers customers from your details, books appointments in available slots and alerts you about interested customers.
  • A regular summary of the assistant's performance.

2. Free trial

The trial lasts 7 days from the day your website and assistant go live, with no card required. Your account only becomes a paid subscription if you agree, and if you don't continue after the trial we switch off the website and assistant.

3. Subscription, payment and cancellation

  • The subscription is monthly at 150 SAR, unless we agree a different price with you before payment, and is paid in advance for each month.
  • You can cancel anytime; your website and assistant keep running until the end of the paid month.
  • We don't refund the current month once it has started, unless we were unable to provide the service for reasons on our side.
  • If the price changes, we'll tell you at least 30 days before it applies, and it never affects a month you have already paid for.

4. Your responsibilities

  • Keeping your business details, prices and hours accurate, and updating them from your setup link whenever they change.
  • Owning, or having the right to use, the photos, logo and content you upload.
  • Running a lawful business and not using the service for spam or content that breaks Saudi regulations.
  • Following WhatsApp Business policies, including not messaging people who haven't agreed to be contacted.
  • Confirming appointments and orders with your customers, and following up on conversations the assistant hands over to you.

5. The smart assistant

The assistant uses artificial intelligence and answers from the details you provide. It is designed to apologise and hand over to you when it doesn't know an answer instead of making something up, but it can occasionally make mistakes. It does not give medical, legal or financial advice, and final agreements with your customers are your responsibility.

6. WhatsApp and third-party services

The service depends on third-party providers such as Meta (WhatsApp) and our hosting and AI providers. Any suspension, restriction or policy change on their side may affect the service; we'll do our best to inform you and find a solution. If Meta charges fees for certain messages, we'll explain them to you before they apply.

7. Ownership

Your business details, photos and your customers' conversations belong to you. The templates, platform and software belong to Mahlola, and you may use them for your business during your trial or subscription.

8. Availability and limitation of liability

We work to keep the service running continuously, but it may occasionally stop for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, and our total liability is limited to the amount of the last month you paid.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend the service if these terms or WhatsApp policies are breached, with prior notice where possible. When the service ends, you can ask for a copy of your data or for its deletion as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes before they take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, whose competent courts have jurisdiction over any dispute that isn't resolved amicably. If the Arabic and English versions differ, the Arabic version prevails.
